When i was 15 years old i started to have random stomach pains and unexplainable weight loss, i ended up getting taken out of school and put into two different therapys whilst undergoing many bloodtests trying to find out what was wrong with me. I was finally diagnosed 8 months after the pains started with Crohns disease. I had to go on a 6 week liquid only diet and i am now having bimonthly infusions whihc i will have to have for the rest of my life. Because of this i am an advocate for Crohns and Colitis Uk charity.
